Our Muay Thai classes are designed for adults of all fitness levels who want to:
Get fit and improve conditioning
Learn proper Muay Thai technique
Build confidence through structured training
Enjoy a friendly, ego-free environment
We focus on fundamentals, fitness, and flow.
Light skipping or shadowboxing
Dynamic stretches and mobility work
Technique-based movement drills (e.g., footwork patterns)
Each class has a core technical theme:
Jab, cross, hook, uppercut technique
Basic kicks: roundhouse, teep (push kick), low kick
Knees and elbows (optional depending on level)
Defensive skills: blocks, parries, movement
Technique is demonstrated, broken down, and drilled in pairs with supervision.
Partner work with Thai pads or focus mitts
Build combinations off the night’s theme
Emphasis on balance, accuracy, and flow—not power
Beginners paired with experienced students or instructor
Fun and functional Muay Thai-inspired fitness circuits
Bodyweight exercises, bag rounds, or partner drills
Scalable to any fitness level
Light stretching and breathwork
Time for questions, extra reps, or clarification
********SPARRING********
Sparring is conducted both Tuesday and Thursday for members who have the experience and desire for more intense training.
Comfortable workout gear (shorts, tee/rashie)
Water bottle & towel
Gloves (we have spares if you don’t have your own)
Shin guards optional—but not required for beginners
Friendly, supportive crew—no egos, no pressure
Experienced instructors who care about teaching, not just coaching fighters
