Smooth Muay Thai isn’t cardio kickboxing. It’s authentic Muay Thai and kickboxing taught the way it’s meant to be — hard rounds, tough conditioning, and a focus on learning real skills that actually work.

When We Train

Classes run Tuesday and Thursday at 6:45 PM for one hour. With just two sessions each week, every class is designed to tick all the boxes — technical skill, conditioning, and sparring.
